How We Make Yakushima’s Natural Salt ‘Umi no Uta’

Sailing out to the seas of Yakushima, we draw seawater from the open waters. With the gentle heat of firewood, we take several days to slowly nurture the formation of salt crystals. Together, individuals with and without disabilities, we fill each bottle with care, one by one, infusing it with our hearts.
